Our goal is to raise $10,000 and we have a long way to go to reach that goal!!

Trusted Mentors is an innovative program that matches volunteer mentors with
“Kay” to help her improve her parenting and learn to budget well
“Ann” as she returns to employment and works towards better jobs
“Cal” as he works to deal with life's issues, alone after leaving the foster care system
“Bill”, a re-entering citizen as he strives to remain employed and be a full citizen
Since 2003, over 70% of our mentored individuals have remained housed. And in 2009, we’re committed to adding 50 new mentors!!!
Trusted Mentors mentors:
Young adults leaving the foster care system and becoming an adult on their own
Chronically homeless individuals who now housed, face change and isolation
Disadvantaged women, employed but not yet self-sufficient
Returning citizens, to lower the re-entry rate back into prisons
