Trusted Mentors is an innovative program that matches volunteer mentors with “Lora” to help her improve her opportunities and become self-sufficient,

“Diane” as she leaves homelessness and faces change alone

“George” as he enters IUPUI after leaving the foster care system

“Bill”, a re-entering citizen as he strives to remain employed

Since 2003, over 70% of our mentored individuals have remained housed.

Trusted Mentors mentors:

Young adults leaving the foster care system and becoming an adult on their own

Chronically homeless individuals who now housed, face change and isolation

Disadvantaged women, employed but not yet self-sufficient

Returning citizens, to lower the re-entry rate back into prisons
