PARTNERSHIP WILL PROVIDE FOR CARE OF CITY’S MINI PARKS, JOBS FOR AT-RISK YOUTH

INDIANAPOLIS – Mayor Greg Ballard along with Department of Parks and Recreation Director, Stuart Lowry, City Forester, Lindsey Purcell, and Rupert’s Kids, Inc. founder, Rupert Boneham, will announce a partnership that provides for the care of the City’s 22 mini parks and six others and offers at-risk youth education and training in life and job skills.
