Will there be employers hiring felons at this fair or is it just another collection of the town's resources for "job training" that never get anyone hired?
Seriously, we need jobs, not job training. Job training doesn't help the vast majority of felons attain any job, or anyone else for that matter. We need Jobs. Jobs. Jobs.
There need to be employers at this fair, encourgaged by the mayor's office to hire on sight and ready to get to work. Everything else has been tried and failed miserably.
