A Note from Cliff Myers

I will be out of town for a few days and am sending our weekly report early this week. Please see the attached document for pertinent information from the area.

Yesterday was quite an adventure. Our officers worked hard to assist stranded motorists, respond to alarm runs, and remove trees from roadways. I hope all of you escaped storm/water damage and that your power has been restored.

National Night Out on Crime was last evening. A few neighborhoods postponed their events, but the majority of you held your parties and it was wonderful to see so many of you. I tried to make as many as possible, but the large number of gatherings prevented me from doing so, but we did have officers at each event.

We can all be very proud of the community we live in! Without your vigilance and support, our efforts to reduce crime would not be nearly as successful. Thanks as always for your community involvement.

While I am away, if you should need anything, please call 327-6300 and ask for Captain Breck Terheide during the day time or Captain Greg Stanton in the evening.

Have a good week.
