Trusted Partners prevents homelessness by providing trained mentors to individuals that have been recently housed and referred by a homeless prevention agency. These person-to-person mentoring relationships empower, educate, and provide life skills, hope, and on-going support in order to help people remain housed and improve the quality of their lives.
Join us for our next Mentor Training on Wednesday, April 16 from 5:30pm- 8:30pm at Immanuel United Church of Christ, 402 E Prospect St. To Register for the Training Class, contact Candice Brisson Monteith, 317-985-3468.
