RJ & Judy's Big Sale for SEND

Most of you at least know my husband, RJ Smith, and my name is Judy for those who do not know us.

We have been working for several years--volunteering for SEND in many capacities. It seems that lately we have run into many of you at events either at SEND or KIB and we want to pass on what we are doing for SEND. What started as a small garage sale of which we gave the money to SEND, has turned into a 27,000 sq ft warehouse out by the airport.

We have so many items for every part of a home or office: great quality office furniture, supplies, home items, clothing, frames, antiques, retro items, wood molding and much more. We have given to many people in need and ask for nothing in return but your support. Every Thursday ( my day off from my medical job ) and Saturday we have a sale and all profits go to SEND. So many of you, that we run into, have not heard of what we do and we don't know why the interest is so poor. If nothing else, if you would just come and look at what we have and what we do, you may be able to pass on the message to others.

The last check we gave SEND was over $3000.00. We are indoors, so weather is not a problem and we will go to meet people in the evenings and Sunday when asked. We have donated items to flood victims, and homeless shelters along with other request that we have received. The only thing I ask for both RJ and myself is that you help support a great cause by coming and take a look at what we offer. Who knows, you may find a great buy. Where else can you buy a steel case wood desk for under $100.00, file cabinets by Hon for under $50.00 and so many other items.

We have taken it upon ourselves to pass this message on and we hope you will take the time to pass it on to others you have on your e mail list. Thank you for showing interest in this project that has great potential if you would only support this sale and therefore support SEND.

It is off of Executive Drive by the airport: from I-70, you take the airport exit to Executive Drive, follow the drive to the right to the stop sign. At this corner is the Adams Mark Hotel, turn right at this corner and you are on Fortune Circle W Drive. Follow the road past the motels and the next to the last office building on the left is 2910, there is a sign that says Big Sale Today. You enter from the back. If you come from I-456, you get off at Executive Drive and when you come to the stop sign, the Adams Mark is in front of you—turn left at the stop sign and then right at the next stop sign then follow around to 2910 as above.
