BLUE FRIDAY
Mayor Greg Ballard has officially declared Friday, September 5, 2008, Blue Friday in an effort to show support for the Indianapolis Colts as they take on the Chicago Bears during the regular season opener at Lucas Oil Stadium on Sunday, September 6, 2008.
Citizens are encouraged to wear their "Colts Blue" and show their true team spirit as we wish the team good luck in their upcoming game.
