Charter School Community Fair

Charter School Community Fair

Mayor Greg Ballard will host the first ever Charter School Community Fair on Monday, February 16 at the Indianapolis Arts Garden.

The event will give parents and students the opportunity to learn more about Mayor-Sponsored Charter Schools, meet current charter school students, parents and staff and learn about enrollment for 2009-2010.

"Charter schools provide great educational opportunities for Indianapolis school children, and I'm excited to offer the community a chance to learn more about what our charter schools have to offer," said Mayor Ballard. "Each of these schools takes a unique approach to education, and I hope both parents and students will take advantage of the opportunity to explore whether charter schools could be a good fit for them."
