Mayor Ballard Holds First Open to the Public Budget Review in Indianapolis History

Last year, Mayor Ballard pledged to the citizens of Indianapolis that city government would be more transparent. As a result, the budget review follows through with that promise to give taxpayers an up close look at how their tax dollars will be spent.
