INRC Classes: Taking Charge of Streets and Sidewalks

Taking Charge of your Neighborhood's Streets and Sidewalks

Thursday, June 18, 6:00-8:30pm

Talk with from Jeff Miller, President of the Fletcher Place Neighborhood Association, as he explains how the Southeast communities have stopped complaining about their crumbling streets and sidewalks and have become educated on the processes that the Department of Public Works (DPW) uses to prioritize them. Jeff will share the tool they created to conduct a block by block assessment of their community's infrastructure using DPW's system and criteria, and will discuss how you can replicate this effort in your community!

Classes will be held at INRC, 1802 N. Illinois Street. Space is limited, so be sure to reserve your space today by calling Nita McCormick at INRC at 920-0330, ext. 100 or namccormick@inrc.org
