Let's have fewer email announcements for a while...

Summer Vacation is here and we don't want to clog people's email boxes while they are gone. We would like to reduce the email announcements to once a week.

In order to do this, we need everyone to get their announcements in by Tuesday noon of each week for anything which will occur prior to Wednesday of the next week.
