All applicants must have the following verifications:

[] Proof of income for the past 30 days
[] Verification of expenditures for the past 30 days
[] Picture Identification
[] Birth Certificate for all children for which you are applying for school clothing
[] Social Security cards or proof of application for Social Security cards
[] Some form of school verification or enrollment

Morning 10 - 11:30 a.m. on First Tuesdays
Saturdays - 10-11:30 a.m. on 4th Saturdays
